Changes to the automatic backup system.

As you are working on your design, ArtiCAD will make an automatic backup of your plan every two minutes. These backups are stored in a folder called "autobackups" within your normal plans folder. Each file is time-stamped and kept for twenty-four hours.

Note - The files are saved with the date in a YEAR-MONTH-DAY format and the time in brackets in a HOUR-MINUTE-SECOND format. This is to ease searching for a particular file as they should therefore be sorted in date and time order per design.

For example, a file saved as "Mrs Smith.kit" will have backups called "Mrs Smith-2012-01-01(09.00.00).kit", "Mrs Smith-2012-01-01(09.02.00).kit", "Mrs Smith-2012-01-01(09.04.00).kit".

If you have not saved the plan, backups will be stored as "unnamed" followed by the date and time. For example "unnamed-2012-01-01(09.00.00).kit".

Note - ArtiCAD will no longer automatically prompt you to load a backup. You will need to load the plan by hand by clicking "File" - "Open" and going into the "autobackups" folder and selecting the file you wish to use.
