Miscellaneous changes.

The following are minor changes between Version 16 and Version 17.

• Custom worktop - the clickable area in drag and drop now follows the outline of the worktop.
• Elevation dimensions - the ordering of the dimensions is clearer, and a new dimension showing the distance from the worktop to the bottom of the wall units has been added.
• New Window works better with Drag and Drop.
• When performing a Photo Realistic or HD render a dialog will appear giving an estimated time of completion.
